After countless boosts and shenanigans with Schmekl/Schmexl, a long-time friend IRL, he’s invited me to leave an introductory post.
…Hello!
My main is a 67 Warrior, Hrthroat, named after the Rastafarian singer of a legendary 80s punk rock band.
I’ve also an alt, Exene, a mage who’s miraculously managed to earn 20 levels running between the SW AH and the mailbox.
I’m currently in a very small guild, with maybe 6 or so toons on at any one time. They are a nice bunch, but I’m looking for a bit more. Schmekl and the other SPSers I’ve come across have been friendly and fun to run with.
It would be nice to find a crew who’s into experiencing content old, new, endgame and otherwise, can offer advice about warrior spec-ing, and to get a consensus on what’s really underneath Chuck Norris’ beard (…I’d wager it’s another FIST!!!) In return, I offer a dram of wit and plenty of enthusiasm.
Other than the WoW stuff, I’m in my early 30s and I live in the United States. Maybe you can think of me as an SPS Colonist without that unpleasant revolutionary bit?
In-game /w Hrthroat or Exene anytime! |

Welcome Hrthroat
I look forward to meeting you in game and getting to know you in the 'Green Spam'.
As for advice on Warrior spec-ing ... keep your armour shiny, your weapon sharp and have a good healer behind you |

I have grouped a few times with Mr Throat... and have enjoyed myself immensely. I have also introduced him to the Galahad method of continuous instance pulling ( ), and he didn't run away screaming!
Welcome |

Nice intro post. Worthy of an invite for it alone I reckon.
As to warriors, get the biggest weapon and the thickest armour then have a talent for standing being thumped |

Yes, indeedy. Read the SPS guides here, what we expect etc and then assuming Schme will sponsor you, we'll get you invited and upgrade your access here.
Hopefully see you in /guild soon.
Oh and Messi, I'm about to post a link for you in General Chat, re Photoshop and photo filters. |
