Hi All,
Newb to the game and have been aided by Ninnocha in learning the ropes. Always a team player and I look forward to a positive response from the elect!
Regards
Bruce
** I hope this is where you put information as I've never been involved with a message board before (is this preferred to a new post?!).
Tad about me - newbie to on line gaming but long time fan of consoles (that should create a few moans!!) of which I really enjoyed Oblivion! Didn't partake in the main quest and just went round mullering things.
Just the wrong side of middle age and have great difficulty in taking life seriously. Believe you only get one crack at life and I'd rather be smiling as it takes less effort.
Reside doon soof for those looking for geographic references.
Other interests include reading comics (love 2000ad - D.R. and Quinch are classic!!), going to gigs at which I take loads of pictures (some bands even use them on their web sites), and partaking in DIY tragedies!
Looking for fun in a group and guidance from others if they just want to meet up, have a chat and help me a little. Some things are just better with someone to help you!
Not sure what else you would want to know but will answer any questions fielded - or hopefully Ninnocha will give a character reference!!
I'll prepare for the deluge!
Regards |

Greetings and salutations Stront.
Please notice that recruitment is currently closed.
That said, the officers will consider your application... if you flesh it out a little
A little more on your gaming background, likes, dislikes, silly stuff, etc. would be appreciated.
We look forward to your reply.

Hello.
Take a look at the rules and expectations we have for our Potential New Members. If you're happy with them, and Ninnocha is prepared to sponsor you we can get you invited. |

Nod: that's fine where you have posted and as you have a sponsor let's see about getting you invited. Please ensure you have read the stickies and are comfortable with them.

Interesting, a chance to plug a website I look after for my friend, he's a professional comic artist.
Also can we see some of your pictures on t'internet? Concert photographs are not easy to take. |

I foud them fairly easy to take. The problem is generally smuggling a camera in to a venue if you do not have 'press credentials' |

1. Larger than what?
2. West-country! (Muuuuuuuse!)
3. I assume this question means which of the two should be pushed headfirst into a meat-grinder, in which case girls aloud... I'm not a big fan of grissle
What ever happened to the initiation ceremony? |

Hi All,
In an attempt to answer some of your questions:
Take a lot of pictures at the Joiners in Southampton (semi official man for them) - which means I generally don't pay either which is always a bonus!! Only holds about 200 people so generally bump up the ISO to avoid use of flash and go for a grainy texture. No major bands but those displaying pics include The Paddingtons, Red Jetson, Beautiful Life, Art Brut, Help She Can't Swim etc
Jagermeister is the spirit of choice but will drink most things - but not a warm beer lover!!
Indie / punk / rock are the music of choice but do enjoy the dulcet tones of Willy Mason and his like.
Girl groups only if they have a bit of grrrl in them - McQueen, Plastiscines, Be Your Own Pet etc. Great questions Mes - look forward to more!
I used to like Muse - first time I saw them they were the support for Geneva and Three Colours Red!! And now they fill Wembley to the brim!!
Thanking the people who made it possible for me to enter the guild. Had a great time tonight being shown around by Kad displaying his awesome powers!! Much appreciated.
Hope to catch you all in time.
Regards
Bruce |

Were you at Wembley last weekend Oz?
Phenomenal. Best gig I've been to (suppose that's not saying much considering the crap I've seen with Bann and Messi!) and the new stadium's fab. |
