Hey guys, you all know me as the mad Crazy insane person that randomly spamms /g and the insane person that left you. Bad idea.
Steve knows i havent been happy in my Guild for a while now, and i decided to leave them. And afterwords, so did a few others, as alot of us really didnt like the Guild leader.
Ive tried to find a new guild, but me being the Ickle (ish) child, i cant get in, sadly. And Tbh ive missed the randomness in guild chat and the general Friendlyness that SPS treated me too. Coursework and Exams coming up, and tbh i dont have the time to do full time raiding much anymore.
Now ive talked to Steve to ask if he thought id get back in after 2 leaves.
As he loves me so much he wants me in, but he told me to talk to Officers
I decided to post something on here So everyone can view and flame me
Do you think you can allow another insane person into the ranks?
If you want me to post a proper Application, i think thats fair. but looking to hear what you think
Best Regards Toorrik
ps. i have cookies! |

Well I will be the first to reply, I "personally" would have no problems with you rejoining Toor.
I have always got along with you and found you to be a helpful and fun loving member of the guild... even though you are indeed as mad as a hatter.
Granted you have left twice previous but I'm not going to hold that against you as from what I recall neither of them were in malicious circumstances.
With all this said everyone of course has their own opinion and their views will no doubt differ from each others.
Regards, Rob |

I'm a bit ambivalent here..
I am concerned that you have left twice, which means that this is your third application with the guild. If you join again, what is to stop you leaving again? What made you leave in the first place - or indeed the second place?
On the other hand, what's the problem? You've seen that the grass (do we have real grass in WoW, or is it AstroTurf?) is not always greener etc. etc. Why should we not want you back because of that?
So my dual personality would ask; why did you leave? Why do you want to return?

If you left two times then I would have to say that deep down you cannot be happy with SPS. I would have to say good luck with your search for a guild that suits you.

iirc i left because i wanted to Raid. and to help a friend with there guild, that Didnt work out, he got a bit powermad.
Deep down i wasnt happy with Velocity because of the Guild leader.
The only reason that'll make me leave again if Messi stops falling off things, or Steve's attitude to parrots change.
Tbh, If i am to be doing Coursework and Exams soon, id rather be in a guild that accepts that and keeps me in, so i can take breaks and not be preasured to raid 24/7 So i can get myself Good grades.
Yeah i like raiding, but tbh i dont want to raid much more, WotLK Might change my attitude, But i dont think it will.
[EDIT] I also want to hear Kuri on TS again, and i will ake her sing! |

well personally i dont mind if your back contributing to the crazyness, as you didnt leave in a tiff, you left (in my opinion) to find something you were after at the time - ie raiding. your preferences in what you want from the game have changed and now you want people around that understand your a student - i can completely understand how you feel as im going into my last year at uni now. Pressure and studies dont go well together
yes he's left twice - if thats such a problem why not make him reapply and go through the months trail. fresh start and all that stuff. he is still a kid after all kids does stupid things more than not. im not defending him, these are my views. not letting him back in cause he left to try and raid in my opinion is a little harsh. but its not my choice
that doesnt however put you off the hook for leaving twice mr! *glares*
anyway its for the officers to decide. *takes off hat of opinioness*
o and toor . . . . the likelyhood of me singing on ts is minimal to even smaller than minimal! lol

Actually no, it's not. The reason that Toor was recommended to post in this public area was because everyone should have a say.
Sure, the officers are discussing it, but ALL member's opinions are just as important.

I must admit that at first i had my reservations, what with leaving twice etc, but I also agree that at times we should welcome back the strays, so to speak. (muzzle them of course, but welcome them back )
I think Kuri's suggestion of a months trial would be best, then at least Toor, you will hopefully be sure that this is what you want to do before you commit to it.

A good dose of flea treatment and worming tablets seems to be in order. |

Aaaaaaaaargh! not 'im again!
I thought we got shot of this poltroon long ago
...In all seriousness though, I think Toor had far better reasons for leaving SPS than most (if indeed he ever did, I dont think I've logged on as Widget since without being whispered something along the lines of "ello shortarse"). He wanted to try something that SPS cannot provide - hardcore raiding, which is a perfectly legitimate wish, rather than just being in a slightly dodgy mood and wanting to make a point.
I would have no qualms in allowing Toor back into the fold, but another trial would also be entirely fair in my opinion should others require proof of his intentions.
Either way I look forward to hearing you again on TS matey, or even on the new built in VOIP if blizz ever decide to release patch 2.2 -.- |
